1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and AU2MATES LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Ring2Text ("Ring2Text", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using Ring2Text, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. The service

Ring2Text is a managed missed-call text-back service for businesses. When a call to your business number goes unanswered and is forwarded to your Ring2Text number, we send the caller one text in your business's name. If the caller replies, we send you an alert by text with their number and message so you can call them back.

The alert is a notification, not a two-way chat. Replying to the alert does not send a message to the caller. Ring2Text is not an answering service, a receptionist, or a booking system.

3. Setup and going live

• We set up a local texting number for your business and register it with US carriers, as carrier rules require. Registration needs accurate information about your business.
• Carrier approval usually takes a couple of weeks and can take longer. Approval is decided by the carriers and is not guaranteed.
• You turn on forwarding of unanswered calls from your phone provider to your Ring2Text number, with our guidance. Not every phone provider or phone system supports this. If yours doesn't, we'll tell you, and you won't be charged.
• We test the service with you before it goes live. Your "go-live date" is the day the service is tested and switched on for your business.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete business information and keep it up to date.
• Use Ring2Text only for legitimate communication with people who contacted your business. Don't use it for marketing blasts, cold outreach, or any unlawful, misleading, harassing or prohibited content.
• Follow the laws and carrier rules that apply to your business's communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier messaging guidelines. You're responsible for the content of the messages sent in your business's name.
• Honor opt-outs. We automatically stop texting anyone who replies STOP, and you must not try to reach them by text another way.
• Keep your forwarding settings in place while you use the service, and tell us if your phone provider, number or business hours change.
• Read your alerts and follow up with callers. Ring2Text helps you reach people. It doesn't contact them for you beyond the first text.

5. Pricing and billing

• The price is $69 per month per business number, unless we agree on a different price in writing. There is no setup fee.
• Your subscription starts on your go-live date and renews automatically every month until you cancel. We charge the payment method you provide through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices don't include taxes, which may be added where required.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't resolved, we may pause the service until it is.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

6. Cancellation

• No contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@ring2text.com or through any cancellation option we provide.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Fees already paid aren't refunded for partial months unless required by law or agreed in writing.
• When the service ends, we deactivate your Ring2Text number and help you switch your call forwarding back. Turning off forwarding with your phone provider is your responsibility, and we'll walk you through it.

7. Fair use

Ring2Text has no hard monthly limit on missed calls. The price is designed for the normal call volume of a single business number. If your usage is unusually high or looks like abuse, we'll contact you to discuss options before making any change. We won't silently stop sending messages because of volume.

8. What the service can't do

• Texts are sent only for calls that ring long enough to be forwarded. If a caller hangs up before forwarding happens, there is nothing to text.
• Delivery depends on phone carriers, your phone provider, and third-party platforms. Messages can be delayed, filtered or not delivered, and we can't guarantee that every message arrives.
• Callers without a textable number (for example, landlines or hidden numbers) may not receive a text.
• We don't guarantee any number of replies, jobs, sales or revenue.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or end the service if payment isn't made, if the service is used in violation of these terms, the law or carrier rules, or if a carrier or platform requires it. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

10. Disclaimers

We provide Ring2Text with care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AU2MATES LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, customers or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ring2Text is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify AU2MATES LLC against claims, fines and costs arising from your business's messages, your use of the service in violation of these terms or the law, or inaccurate information you provided.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise. Before going to court, we both agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by contacting each other.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify active customers by email at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use Ring2Text after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. SMS terms

This section applies to anyone who receives text messages sent through Ring2Text.

• What the messages are: after you call a business that uses Ring2Text and the call goes unanswered, you may receive one text from that business asking how they can help. If you reply, your message is passed to the business so they can contact you. Business owners who use Ring2Text also receive alert texts about replies.
• Message frequency: usually one message per missed call, with repeat calls in a short period not texted again. Frequency varies with how often you call and reply.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that number. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no more texts.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@ring2text.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
